In computer science, so much has evolved in the last three decades it’s are almost like we have emerged from the Middle Ages. This is this vast journey that Deleproject has taken and which has helped us take shape, as can be seen in our example projects. That’s why Deleproject can take pride in its enormous wealth of practical experience alongside it’s know-how.
Establishment of Alfred Erismann’s sole proprietorship of Deleproject A. Erismann, a company providing industrial control software engineering services.
The company is transformed into the joint-stock company Deleproject AG, with expansion of the range of services to include complete software solutions for industrial process automation.
Succession planning (with stock acquisition) for Deleproject AG as part of an MBO, with the new owner Hansueli Sigrist as CEO, Bernhard Hunziker as CTO and Manuela Howald as CFO.
Introduction of a modern HR model, including the option of employee participation and the associated possibility of participation in the company’s success.
Occupation of new, modern and spacious offices in Uetendorf/Thun, Switzerland.
Withdrawal of Bernhard Hunziker as a member of the Executive Board. He remains on the advisory board, however, with Oliver Müller moving up to the Executive Board.
Acquisition of majority shareholding in Deleproject AG by Hansueli Sigrist, the resignations of Manuela Howald and Oliver Müller, withdrawal of Bernhard Hunziker from the board, with the valuable and very able talents of Björn Krebser as CTO and Adrian Straubhaar as COO joining the Executive Committee.
Introduction of a management system using the process-oriented TQMi model, with a focus on employees and customers and the constant improvement of processes, performance and quality. At the same time receipt of certification according to ISO 9001:2008 and a company-wide quality label from Swiss TS.
Marcel Oester as CEO and Adrian Straubhaar as COO take over the operational management of Deleproject. Hansueli Sigrist remains with the company as a member of the Executive Board and Chairman of the Board.
Takeover of Deleproject by Rychiger AG. The management and the orientation remain unchanged. In addition to securing the future of Deleproject, the aim is to create synergies in the area of digitalisation.
